
Joseph Latorre
Joseph F. Latorre is a Manager at EFPR Solutions. He has an extensive financial and budgetary background supported by a broad knowledge of contracting with the Federal Government, Cost Accounting Standards, Federal Acquisitions Regulations, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
Joe’s experience includes positions as a Controller and Chief Financial Officer in corporations that interfaced with numerous government agencies including the Defense Contract Audit Agency and Accountable Care Organizations. In his roles he had to comply with SOX procedures and compliance, account for government grants and cost sharing, and generally oversee contract management. He also served as a Director of Budgeting for a university where he was responsible for financial planning, control and management of a $5 million government grant.
Joe has extensive software skills and has worked with a wide variety of software packages including QuickBooks and Xero, the online accounting software alternative to QuickBooks.
