Shelby Bennett is a  Senior Associate at EFPR Solutions, LLC. She has over 20 years of experience in government accounting working with numerous municipalities throughout Upstate New York and the Southern Tier.

Shelby provides a variety of consulting services to clients including bookkeeping, budgeting, payroll, and reporting. In addition to these services, Shelby also has experience with the NYS Annual Update Document (AUD) preparation and submission, NYS Office of the State Comptroller and Independent audits, NYS Employers Retirement System reporting, NYS Unemployment and Workman’s Compensation, as well as civil service requirements. Her extensive experience also includes working with countless water and sewer districts throughout New York State.

Shelby has an extensive array of software skills as she has worked with a variety of different accounting packages.
